jonno (538), Brisbane, Australia Aug 7, 2009 A solid IPA. Quite carbonated, hoppy on the nose. Medium malty body and medium to high level hops. Not too bitter. Quite refreshing. drowland (1337), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Aug 5, 2009 12oz bottle poured into a pint glass. Nicely balanced and very drinkable for an IPA... well done, Southern Tier! topherh (878), Kearney, Missouri, USA Aug 4, 2009 Pours dark amber with a white head. Aroma is lots of hop, citrus, floral, and a little maltiness. Flavor is nice piney hops with a good bit of malt to balance things. Rciesla (3500), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA Aug 4, 2009 Bottle. Bejaaamin (110), London, Ontario, Canada Aug 3, 2009 What in the hell? This is fucking amazing! Who in the hell do these folk think they are? Obviously i have never had to many good IPA’s, but this is fucking incredible! It poured out a golden orange, light yellow head. Smellt of grass, sweet bread dough, marijuana, and tasted just the same! The balance was perfect, it went down so well. Cheers to a well crafted beer! 502Flavors (617), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Aug 2, 2009 Bottle. Nice copper color with descent head that leaves some lace. Citrusy piney hops with doughy malt character on the nose. Flavor is refreshing and balanced with resinous hops but smooth, not really overwhelmingly biting. Nice oake malt backbone too. A bit of booze in there too. Medium body with soft carbonation. Overall: solid.
