I tried this beer on May 6, 2008 at Smokeless Joe’s in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured an orangy-brown with a thin white head. The aroma was sweet with malt, and heavily hopped. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour had some sweet malt hints, some hoppy bitterness with a grapefruit flavoiur leading to a dry finish.

Oct 6, 2008 Bottle, #405 Light amber pour with great big head. Citrus hopy aroma and flavor. Great finish. Good IPA overall.

Oct 6, 2008 The standard to which IPA brewers should aspire to. I’ve never been a huge fan of IPA’s (thanks for you Alexander Keith!), but this was very pleasant in every regard and I am now interested in trying other IPA’s far more than before. Hope you guys like hoppy beers, wow.

Oct 3, 2008 Pours a clear golden color with light off white head. Aroma is light citrus and malt with aromas of sugar cookie dough. Taste is mild citrus, caramel and again, sweet bread or sugar cookie malt. Moderate carbonation and easy finish. A good IPA.

Oct 3, 2008 Pours a bubbly golden color with a medium frothy white head that leaves a lot of webbed lacing. Aroma is amarillo, vanilla, grass, and piney hops. Taste is amarillo, grassy and piney hops, and leaves a bitter finish. A solid brew.

Oct 2, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a mostly clear light orange amber with a small off white head. Good pine and citrus on the nose. flavor carried a nice balance of hops and sweet malt. Finish was slightly bitter, clean and crisp.
