Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, light perfume. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100209]

Draft. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and a bit of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel and medium notes of malt, straw, and metallic alcohol, leading to a dry nutty and lightly alcoholic finish.

From tap at Ølbaren. Pours clearand golden orange with a huge, creamy and off-white head. Peachy, fruity and light wooden aroma. Sweet caramelish and solid hops pinewood flavoured. Dry, bitter and light wooden flavoured into the finish. Dry lasting impression.

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a clear reddish amber with an off-white head. Fresh, peachy hop aroma. Solid body, very sweet caramellish malts but it’s the peachy hops that dominate this leaving a dry bitterness.

Bottled. Ambery golden colour with small slightly off-white head, leaves some slight lace. Aroma is quite strong sweet malts and bready malts along with some slight floral and grassy hops. Also mild earthyness. Flavour is big time malts, along with some herbal, earthy and grassy notes. Hides the alcohol rather well.

Sweet aroma of malts, caramel, grass, hops and tea.
Fruity flavour of malts, caramel, grass, hops and tea with notes of grape fruits and alcohol.
Dry hoppy finish.

UPDATED: NOV 7, 2010 Bottle @ Hj Hansen, Odense. Pours clear amber with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is nicely hopped. Grassy, and lots of grapefruit. Dry, bitter and crisp. Very simple and tasty. Grassy hops and a bit of grain. Full bodied and smooth palate. Nice. Re-rate Nov 2010. Draft @ C4, Odense. Very sweet and sticky malty. Bread and caramel. From 3,8 - 3,6.

Amber color; creamy head. Mild hop aroma, with mellow fruitiness and apricot jam. Full bodied, but the mouthfeel is a bit oily; it doesn’t have the malty and fruity characteristics of Ales, while the hopping is surely dominant and of good quality: resiny and fruity. The final, although well bitter, is completely lacking of malt backbone. Pleasant, without optimism.

Bottle from Voldby. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, hops and flowers. Nice bitter finish.
