Strong citrus hops balanced with malt breadiness. This is new take on our Pale Ale.

12oz. Pours light golden with a sticky white head. Wam bam in the face with hops! Huge dank pine, citrus rind, and some caramel come to mind. The flavor is so damn blanced and smooth. Pine, grapefruit, and some floral notes throughout. Just another winner from ST.

Pours golden into a pint glass with a finger thick head. Aroma is malty sweet, like bread. Taste is bitter up front but dissipates quickly and becomes sweet and complex malty. Finish is nice and sweet and biting. Very intense carbonation and medium thin mouth feel.

Live is the best pale ale out there. An excellent alternative to the myriad of sessionable IPAs flooding the market.

Pours a pale amber with a minimal white head. Aroma is grapefruit. Taste is sweet pale malt, grapefruit and pine. Quite good, but one dimensional with the hop tastes. Malt sweetness kind of goes nowhere.

Single best pale ale on the market, in my opinion. Lively carbonation, highly aromatic, citrusy hop profile. If they rebranded this a "session IPA" I bet this would sell huge.

November 8, 2014. Bottle at VilleValla Pub. Hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and fruity with mango, pineapple, pine and caramel. Taste is light sweet caramel and fruity, medium bitter. Sweet fruity finish with a light dry bitterness. Light bodied, light oily texture, average carbonation.

12 oz bottle from Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh. All the superlatives apply here. For an IPA, this was quite enjoyable and wasn’t ruined by the usual hop nonsense so many IPA’s are subject to in their ruination.

couleur jaune claire limpide avec une pas mousse plutôt fortement carbonaté nez très houblonné goût avec fort de houblon avec une impression d’amertume forte. manque de rondeur malgré quelques touches de malt.

This apa poured a golden yellow colour with a minimal, white head. Slightly cloudy. Scents include pineapple, orange and lemon citrus, light cheese and dough. First swig was smooth and creamy with nice, not over the top citrus hops. Beautiful level of carbonation. Lighty malty finish with citrus hops lingering. Very good!
