Strong citrus hops balanced with malt breadiness. This is new take on our Pale Ale.

12oz bottle. Pours a misty pale gold with a persistent off-white foam. Citrusy, doughy, grassy aroma. Smooth, light, refreshing, and dry. So balanced. On a one-to-ten taste-intensity scale I’d say -- hops 3.5, yeast 3, malt 2.5. Couldn’t ask for much more out of a summer sipper.

On tap. Poured a golden color with a smaller sized off white head. Citrus, grains, bready, and some toastiness.

Not a bad APA, but nothing really distinctive. Bittersweet, soft palate. pleasant. But as I said, not a standout. I’d have it again if it was the best choice.

Nice floral, hop nose. Quality appearance and mouth feel, but a bit too carbonated/sudsy. The best part is the citra infused hop flavor, which tasted more on the orange side of fruit. Really nice flavor for a session IPA. Cheers!

Bottle to glass mug. Pours a cloudy yellow with a moderate white head. Super strong lemon nose. Light body with a ton of hop citrus and bitterness. Pretty nice summer beer.

Flight #3 at the brewery with ebone1988. The pour is a darker golden yellow with a thin head and a lot of soapy lace left behind. The aroma is sweaty hops. There is a nice crispness there that I like and the maltiness hides well. No real bitterness which is a drag. The flavor is dank and hoppy. It definitely doesn’t carry like a pale ale. This is more like an IPA. It’s holly and bitter with no alcohol at all. The mouthy feel is light and thin with a soft carbonation and a lingeringly bitter hop. I like it.

Sample at Hattiesburg fest. Clear deep amber color, off white head. Huge orange aroma. Taste is light bittersweet citrus. Nice.

Hazed amber appearance with an average size, cream colored head and modest lacing. Muted, unremarkable aroma. Lackluster hop intensity overshadowed by pale malts. Another APA that is good but does not succeed in rising above the fray.
