Strong citrus hops balanced with malt breadiness. This is new take on our Pale Ale.

The head was fairly small. Itís hazy and lighter in color than expected. Aroma and taste were of hops and grapefruit. Itís thinner than some APAs. Itís a pleasant beer and would be a good session beer if desired.

Pour on tap at All Pints North, hazy golden orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of bread, lemon, grassy notes into a bit of yeast, some earth into a bit of tropical fruit, slight orange. Taste was a mix of orange, biscuit, bread, hints of tropical fruits into some spice, lemon, grass, finishing fairly bitter, dry.

Nailed it. Draft pour. Pours a clear copper with a white head. The aroma is softly fruity and has a touch of sweet tart to it. Maybe also fruity pebbles. Taste is sweet and fruity with a bready finish. Light body and medium carbonation. Really nice beer.

Bottle: Gusher. Super cloudy, beaming orange color. Opaque, but cool looking. Topped with a soapy, frothy white head. Creamy. Aroma has some grapefruit, orange, & citrus hops, but thereís a really strong, overly sweet malt body beneath it that distracts a bit. Sugar cookie, residual sweetness. Slight herbal twinge. Flavor is kind of thin. Tastes a bit like flower vase water. Botanical & floral. Spicily bitter with some ashy & leafy notes. Sweet biscuit & honey malt in the periphery. Slightly strange vegetal finish. Not awful, but Iím not exactly loving this one.

2015-03-10. Lightly hazy bright yellow-orange body with a modest white head that fades. 3+ Modest aroma is pleasantly hoppy, lightly fruit with notes of tropical fruit and citrus. Flavour is moderately bitter throughout, modest fruity hops, orange, mango touches, light grass. Smooth average plus bodied palate, low carbonation. Possibly showing some age but enjoyable. Bottle from Premier Gourmet, Buffalo.

Golden pour. Aroma is orange, citrus and hops. Taste is citrus, hops and malt. Citrus flavors dominate upfront finishing bitter. Light and refreshing. Nothing special but not bad. Simple and easy drinking. Nice body and medium carbonation. Overall decent.

from Bier-Bienne - hazy dark blond beer under a solid and persistent white foam; hoppy aroma of melon and litchies; light perfumy; velvety palate, moderate carbonation and decently bitter; quite dry and short hoppy finish of yellow fruits with light spicy tones

Pours clear golden with a thick cream-eggshell head. Malty aroma has a citrus hoppy overtone. Flavor is more hoppy than malty, rather like an IPA, not strong but refreshing. Mouthfeel is about average in fizz and viscosity. Good for a party, or with lunch.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy gold/orange color with a 1/4" white head that settles to a film with little to no lacing. Aroma is nice: citrus, grapefruit, orange - very clean. Medium-full body, taste mimics the aroma. Good bitter hop finish that carries on with the citrus theme. Great beer!
