“3 varieties of hops & 3 types of malts”

Our Pale is an aggressively hopped, with immense overtones of grapefruit and tangerine wrapped in a delicately refined body of pale barley and wheat.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours gold with a foamy white head. Genuine cat pee aroma. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is roast caramel quite dominated by citrusy hop. It is more hoppy than most pales, because the caramel is not so harshly roasted as is the case with most pales.

I had the nitro version of the IPA at yard house in Orlando on tap. Golden color. Lite citrus. Hint of caramel. Beautiful nitro head. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Transfer from BA review on 7-21-12 - Poured from bottle into a pint glass Appearance – Pours a light golden color with a two finger white head. The head has good retention, and once it fades leaves some nice lacing on the sides of the glass. Smell – The aroma is heaviest of citrus with lighter aromas of an earthy and grassy smell mixed within. Taste – The brew starts out on the maltier side with notes of citrus mixed within. At first is is bready with some light notes of orange. Soon however the citrus changes from orange to lemon and the beer bitters as more earthy and grassy hop flavors some to the tongue. At the end a lightly bitter hoppy flavor is left on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer was very average as well as the carbonation. Both fitting and make for a refreshing feel. Overall – A tasty brew that has a nice slightly bitter finish. Not sure why this one got discontinued?

Dunkelgoldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig fruchtig, hopfig, blumig. Geschmack leicht nach tropischen Früchten, malzig, leicht bitterer Abgang.

Backlog. On tap at Green Lion Inn. Your standard APA, nothing that made an lasting impression with me.

This was a great beer, and I miss it. It reminded me of New Amsterdam, the seminal New York microbrew from the 1980’s (actually brewed by Matt’s upstate). Malty and hoppy but somehow balanced.

Fruity ipa with a lot of carbonation. Tastes like the curtains that were in a house from the 1800s.

Smells like a garden nursery. I'm walking talking with a friend. Comment on a beer? Nobody got time for that. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is considered a pale ale but I would say it is an ipa. Very hoppy and nicely bitter. Really citrusy as well. Has a wonderful smell ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
