Mild carbonation. Light, vaguely fruity w/ some earthy bitterness in the finish. strongpieman (26), Maryland, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 5, 2010 355ml bottle. Bright gold colour with a fine lace of slim white foam acroos the top. Sweet inviting citrus and floral hop aromas tease the nose. Full bodies with a taste that keeps you coming back. Could easily drink a few of these. bluevegie (2263), Perth, Australia
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Feb 4, 2010 Clear and bright golden orange body with a disappointing head. Quite like the aroma, balance of citrus hops and sweet malt. Pleasant upfront bitterness, malt in support, similar to what the aroma promises, poor carbonation but quite drinkable. | 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Feb 1, 2010 There was not much aroma after the pour from a 12 oz bottle. If I had not know better, it could have passed for a macro adjunct lager based on aroma and appearance. My hopes for redemption in the taste and mouth feel were quickly dashed, as it was watery and weak. This pale ale was extraordinary only in that such a mediocre beer was brewed by an otherwise fine brewery. ljay6880 (184), , Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 1, 2010 12 oz bottle served in a tulip. Pour was a hazy orange/yellow with a thin layer of quickly receding head. Nose was malt, yeast, and caramel. Taste was very much the same. I wouldn’t call this brew extraordinary, but it is quite tasty and would me a good warmer month staple brew to keep a keg of. I especially like the lack of pine/citrus because it does make this something different, and uncomplicated. BigMike (22), Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jan 28, 2010 APPEARANCE: Poured into a tulip glass. A golden orange color. Clear with small bubbles. Head is pretty thin and white. About a half a pinkies worth. Stick pretty well to the glass.
SMELL: The nose is pretty faint. A touch of citrus and also some grainy aromas. I can’t get much else out of it.
TASTE: I’m still looking for it. Hold on a sec...ok. I get a small amount of some bitterness from the hops and a small amount of caramel sweetness. I mean a real small amount. This beer has almost no distinguishing flavors at all.
MOUTHFEEL: Is average. It’s pretty smooth and goes down easily.
DRINKABILITY: As far as being able to drink. It’s not bad. I mean theres nothing notably wrong with this beer other then the fact that it has no smell or flavor. This is not something i would waste my time drinking again. It’s called an extraordinary ale. Why?
