Commercial Description:
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We've got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let's do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I've got it" exclaimed Matt, "we'll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU's, 5.6% ABV

(Bottle at Hilpeä Hauki, Helsinki, on 2009-04-17) Golden and clear. Small white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma. Medium bodied and dry palate with medium carbonation. Mustiness, frutiness, bitterness and sweetness in taste. Lightly bitter aftertaste.

Source: On tap at Medici in Normal, IL.
Appearance: Poured a slightly hazy gold color with a one finger white head.
Aroma: Mainly floral but a bit of sweet fruit and caramel malt were presesnt.
Flavor: The flavor was a little unbalanced. Not a lot of malt, but a solid hop presence and a good bitter finish.
Palate: Medium body with good carbonation and a clean mouthfeel.
Overall: Good American Pale, but only an average offering in the style. Kind of subpar offering from ST.

Pours a clear golden color, virtually no head, good lacing. The aroma is flat and stale, has a vague aroma of hops and malts, more like a macro. The taste is bland, something you have to aquire like a macro. I think this is what they are gong for, so good luck.

Pours with finger white head and is golden clear. Smells of limey citrus and slightly malty. It harsh hop character with no hop complexity. It is kind of boring and not making me want another drink. Wouldn’t buy again.

Bottle, bought @ Ølbutikken, Cph.
Pours golden with a good deal of bubbles reaching towards a firm, creamy, white head. Grapefruity aroma, good deal of aroma hops, some caramel sweetness behind it. Lowish carbonation, fine, dry mouthfeel. Flavour is nicely hoppy, very dry. Some caramel and bready malts with just a hint of liqourice. Very refreshing. Nice.
