Commercial Description:
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We've got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let's do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I've got it" exclaimed Matt, "we'll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU's, 5.6% ABV

Bott5le. Medium high creamy and lasting white head. Clear golden body. Weak and sweet fruity and malty aroma. Mild sweet and pretty anonymous. Wonder if coran has been used. A bit a malt, a bit of hops, almost no carbonation and a short aftertaste with little characteristics. Sorry mates you have to do better than this.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear golden with a white head and hints of lacings. Smells hoppy. Sweet with a mellow crispy dryness. Some malty aromas. Citric hops aromas. Medium to light body. Medium carbonation. Nice citric and somewhat crispy finish. Good, but could be a bit stronger flavoured.

My least favorite Pale Ale to date. It seemed very watered down, missing flavor and just not right. Looking forward to trying more from Southern Tier, because it couldn’t get worse.

12oz bottle. Pours a golden orange color with a half finger white head. The head dissipates fairly quickly into a thin ring around the glass leaving almost no lacing. Smells of pale malts with hints of citrus and floral hop aromas. Taste is sweet malt, subdued citrus hops, with a mild bitterness on the finish. Easy to drink and goes down smooth but could use more punch.

Flaske.

Bottle. Golden with a white head. Aroma of straw, fruit, honey and citrus. Quite straight up flavourwise - bread, malt, some sweeetness, freshly hopped with citrus impressions, a mellow palate and a nice bitter finish. Absolutely a good choice for a session beer.

Bottle at home. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of hops with notes of caramel and pine needles. Fruity flavour of hops and pine needles with notes of grape fruits. Hoppy finish. Guess it would be the perfect beer on a warm day.

Bottle at home - before a Lundbeck CPR-Party. Clear golden - white head. Hoppy & malty nose. Hay, straw, citrus, bitterness, toasted, knækbrød (swedish flatbread), light cookies, light sweetness, honey, grassy. Nice hoppy bitterness in the finish.
