Commercial Description:
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We've got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let's do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I've got it" exclaimed Matt, "we'll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU's, 5.6% ABV

Clear light gold pour with a thin white head that dissipates quickly leaving a nice film. Stale hop aroma with a touch of dried malt. The flavor is much the same consisting of a very dry hoppiness but without any bite to it and the malt fades out. Not much in way of finish.

Pours a white head that leaves some lacing. Pale golden/orange color. Aroma is light flowery hops, some bread, and citrus. The beer itself is also lightly hopped. And there are some crisp fruity flavors therein. Some malts. Feels kind of light for an APA, but that is not to say that it doesn’t have a good body. Nothing that it too incredible.

Pours from the bottle a great golden color. Aroma has a great citrus and a faint caramel malt scent. Flavor has a great sweet light and crisp apple and caramel malt flavor topped with a very citric grapefruit flavor. Solid carbonation really helps round the flavors together. Nice lacing on the glass from this beer. Overall a good beer.

(Bottle). Fragrant citrus hops aroma. Light copper body, small head. Flavor is mildly citrus, medium sweet. Lemony finish that doesn’t quite fit.

Bottle. Golden pour with a tall rocky, foamy white head. Aroma is hoppy and malty with citrus fruit, light caramel, sweet malts, and flowery notes. Taste is hoppy but sweet. Sweet malt, light caramel, pineapple, orange, apricot and light pine. Some graininess as well. Body is light-medium with an abundance of carbonation but not quite to the fizzy stages. Ends with bigger hops and fruit notes. More orange and pineapple, bits of melon, sweet malt, some toasted grain, and floral notes. Not bad.

12oz bottle. Pours a medium golden color with a creamy white head......great lacing. Nose was lightly funky with some citrus hop and wheat notes. Flavor had some tree fruits (apricots, peaches) with some hops. Light in body, a good brew, not Extraordinary by any means.

Bright yellow gold color, with an off-white head, sweet pale, toasty malt, fruity nose of candied peaches and pineapples, and a light floral hop citrusy in tha aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a toasty, caramel malt, peachy, orange flowery hop character, with some honeyed pale male accents, and a hint of minty leafiness, leading towards a fruity, citrusy hop bitterness finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear strawish yellow-orange, with a bit of head. Nice, though somewhat soapy, aroma of honey-sweet malts and a touch of hops. The flavor is very bready, with a light hoppiness and some sweet malts. Not bad, but wholly unremarkable.
