Feb 8, 2008 Bottle. Pours light yellow with a white head. Sweet aroma with piney hops and caramel malt. Medium body. Flavor is floral hops with some sweet malt and a grassy finish. Nothing impressive but very drinkable.

Feb 5, 2008 Bottle. Dark gold bottle with a bright slightly off white head. The aroma is fresh mild grapefruit with a little bit of almonds. Nicely toasted bread comes in behind that. The taste is strange abc gum with some nasty poorly made wheat bread. There is also a little bit of stale caramel candy. Strange execution of a mild and bland APA.

Feb 2, 2008 12oz bottle courtesy of my Summer 07 SS. Golden yellow/orange pour with a sudsy, bubbly white head. About 2 fingers thick with some decent drip lacing. Nose of skunky hops, citrus fruits, stale pale malts, cereal grains and adjunct sugars. Fore is heavily astringent, followed by citrus hops, dusty grains and malts, broken down sugars and some other fruity esters. Midway through I pick up an off flavor that I can’t put my finger on, but it’s not pleasant or welcome. Kind of fades away on the back end but it’s still there and drags the beer down. Light to medium bodied, slick palate and mouthfeel. Finish is better, some citrus hops, grains, sweet malts, honey and floral notes.

Jan 30, 2008 This beer had a yellow/rustic color. Smelled sweet and hoppy. Not much head. Taste is nice bitterness and sweet after taste. Goes down smoothly. Good beer. Not extraordinary.

Jan 25, 2008 Pours a light gold color with some streams of lacing. Aroma is floral and citurs consisting of tangerine and some leafy hops. Taste is up front with a mix of tangerine and mango, followed by some smooth malts, and finishes with some bitterness bite. Really quite enjoyable.

Jan 25, 2008 Pours a slightly hazy light orange gold with a medium white head. Aroma of faint tangerine, grapefruit, light peach and a touch of mango. Taste of tangerine and grapefruit with hints of faint peach. Quite hoppy.

Jan 24, 2008 Bottle at Chaucer’s Pub in London, ON-Pours a hazy yellow topped by a thin white fizz, calming down to a thin ring. In the nose, I get a lot of fruit. Grapefruit, lychee, some peach, and a touch of orange. Also there is a fair amount of leafy hops in the aroma (cascade, warrior?) and a touch of wood. The flavour profile is sweet fruit upfront, mainly lychee and peach, with some bready malty sugars, followed by some oaky notes, and finishes off with fresh basil, leafy greens. Nice bite in the finish.Quite assertive carbonation. Good.
