coldbrewky (716), Saugerties, New York, USA Nov 15, 2007 It seems to be a toned down version of the IPA. Nice Rounded hops wit a lighter body. Pours a nice paler amber/gold. Eh. Juelze (889), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Nov 11, 2007 Pours an amber color with thin white head and good lacing as the beer is consumed. Aroma is of citrus hops, sharp spruce and dish detergent. Not bad, but not great either. Taste is nice crispness provided but the citrus hops, mild caramel backbone, and light grain taste in the finish. A decent APA. OleR (2008), Oslo, Norway Nov 11, 2007 Clear pale golden, beige head. Fresh and dry hop aroma; grapefruit and tropical. Fruity and hoppy taste. Low malt level. Good body. Medium bitter finish (Bottle @ RBNAG’07) jeremytoni (1069), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA Nov 11, 2007 From tap poured amber with a small amount of head. Nice mild hop/sweet/malt flavor, with a good aftertaste. redlem (1155), Illinois, USA Nov 9, 2007 to put the words "extraordinary" and "pale ale" in the same sentence let alone name your beer that seems a bit presumptuous. I also hate when a brewer has a name for a beer but does not give the style on the label / container.
standard pale ale, nothing extraordinary. orange-ish gold color small head. citrus aroma. medium hop bite in taste. fairly smooth in body, good water used. would i buy this over SNPA, no. Panzuriel (992), Westerville, Ohio, USA Nov 6, 2007 Hazy light golden liquid with a thin head. Nose is a nice hoppy and malty blend. Definite citrus and hop notes. a decent beer. a bit thin on the body. tarjei (1741), Bryne, Norway Nov 6, 2007 35,5 cl bottle. Golden color, ok white head. Citric, hoppy and fruity in a moderate way. Fine bitterness, but too thin. (RBNAG’07 in Grimstad Nov. 3th.) larsga (2937), Oslo, Norway Nov 5, 2007 Medium white head. Golden body with light carbonation. Firm sweetish malty aroma with tropical fruity hop and chalk notes. Dry thin malty taste with straw notes. Bitter empty aftertaste. Quite nice, but lacks a bit of body to make up for the bitterness. (0.355l bottle at RBNAG’07.)
