McGarnigle (303), Rochester, New York, USA Oct 16, 2007 12 oz bottle. Clear gold color with nice head, decent lacing. Medium body with prickly carbonation. Citrus aroma, but the taste isn’t very bitter. Slightly sweet, slightly lemony. Crisp finish. Decent beer. Cobra (1060), In a van, down by the river, Maryland, USA Oct 16, 2007 Yuck! A fricking lemon beer? Gimme a break. Certified drain pour. Couldn’t even finish 1/2 of it. Nasty, just plain nasty. eaglefan538 (2355), Wilmington, Delaware, USA Oct 12, 2007 12oz bottle, pour was golden to amber, only an ok initial head and lacing. The aroma was citrus (lemons) more than anything else. The flavor was a light malt base (bread most identifiable?), full orange, lemoney citrus profile, although they didn’t wow me in the overall quality of how this thing did or didn’t come together. Mouthfeel was moderate for the style, amply carbonated. pamoja (57), Rochester, New York, USA Oct 6, 2007 Very well pouring beer. Hazy amber with white head. Lacked in hops. Dry and well carbonated. Zeswaft (1000), Seattle, Washington, USA Oct 5, 2007 mediocre. it did nothing wrong but it certainly didn’t wow me. I remember this tasting a lot like caramel. mildly hoppy. dark copper color. 37steel (186), St. Charles, Illinois, USA Oct 1, 2007 12 oz bottle. Hazy reddish golden with a white head. Citrusy hop aroma. Sharp grapefruit hop taste to start with a very clean finish. jwdevalue (158), Neptune, New Jersey, USA Sep 29, 2007 This is part of a beer club. Had only one bottle but was decent for the price. Poured great and had a nice finish. Would do again. Sigmund (2197), Hafrsfjord, Norway Sep 29, 2007 12 fl. oz bottle, thanks to BA richgo6. Clear deep golden colour, decent head. Lovely aroma of Cascade and Styrian Goldings. The flavour is also very hoppy, a tad too sweet, a hint of orange marmelade, with some "raw" alcoholic notes. Not bad though.
