Commercial Description:
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We've got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let's do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I've got it" exclaimed Matt, "we'll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU's, 5.6% ABV

bottle-pours almost like a cider pale gold in color, lemon pine, and caramel nose. tastes of pine and hops some citrus/vanilla notes sweetened by caramel very carbonated and has a almost seltzer like mouthfeel.. metal after taste im not too fond of.

light golden-orange/amber color, medium thick foamy light tan head. aroma is lightly hoppy, a little pine cone and also some white sugar. mouthfeel is pretty light, somewhat watery/thin. flavor is weak hops, with a bitter and grainy finish. unfortunately I have to vote against this one.

Really hoppy, but really good. Loved this beer, though it was almost as hoppy as the IPA (which was also very good). Recommended.

Bottle from trade (thanks?) poured a clear pale color with small white head. The aroma was highly hopped with some good caramel notes popping threw. Taste was great for a pale with a good balance between hops and malts with a dry finish that had some lingering hops. Nice American Pale.

Dedent sized head of off white fluffy bubbles. Very good carbonation. Nice hoppy aroma with some light buttery malts in there. Juniper also. Color is a bright orange brown. Body and flavor is a little thin. Some more hops, citrus this time, and buttery toffee. Pretty crisp palate. Finish is clean and slightly bitter with a linger citrus tang. Decent for a pale ale and could be a regular brew for those who have access to it.

Bottle and draft. This one changes everytime I try it. Decent aroma and look but the flavor is sometimes well hopped sometimes overly malty.

Sampled at Real Beer Expo (Rochester). Cask? Med. golden colur and no head. Lots of green hops and a little malt o the nose. A bit of carbonation. Hops up front, malt in the back. A hint of bitterness and a strange aftertaste (how’s that for descriptive...). Not quite extraordinary.
