Commercial Description:
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We've got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let's do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I've got it" exclaimed Matt, "we'll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU's, 5.6% ABV

Bottle: Orange in color with a slight haze, a small white head. Aroma, citrusy, pale malts, a bit grassy. Flavor was sweet and smooth with a bit of lemon and orange. Some bitterness on the finish. Not bad.

Clear Amber pour, with a very thin white head. Nice clean hoppy aroma, there are hints of citrus/fruit in there too. Good hoppy nose, there is a nice malt to this light/medium bodied beer. The flavor is very straight forward, and very enjoyable. This is my first beer from Sourthern Tier, I think I’ll have to find another.

Pours a golden/amber with thin white head. Aroma of citrus and hops. Full flavored beerwith a real nice hop presence, lightly backed by a malt sweetness and finishing with a dry bitterness. I thought this tasted more of an ESB because of the finish. A real nice, easy drinking beer. I’ll get some more of this.

Thanks to starffireming and maniac for supplying this beer. Pale golden yellow body with a very thin white head. A very nice aroma, somewhat wheaty, but nicely done, hoppy and good malts. Good taste, malty with a nice hop backbone. Wheaty and grainy ending that meshes perfectly with the beer itself.

Clear light amber body with a thin white head. Sweet light floral hop aroma. Sweet floral hops aroma, some tea flavor, and a citrus hop end.

Tap at the Waterfront Ale House. Slightly hazy beer with a lacy white head. Sweet orangey hop aroma, some grapefruit and a touch of spiciness in back as well. Loads of fresh hop flavour, orange/grapefruit with a nice pale malt backbone. A touch of breadiness, especially in the finish. Not groundbreaking, but a solid APA.

Bottle (thanks argo0). Copper colored (on the lighter side of copper), medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, slight bread. Flavor is less hoppy, dry, slight grass in aftertaste. Little thin in body, but still a very good beer.
