Commercial Description:
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We've got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let's do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I've got it" exclaimed Matt, "we'll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU's, 5.6% ABV

12 oz. Hazy bronze with a lasting disc of bubbles above. Faint, but pleasant aroma of apple cider, oranges and resin. Flavor is stronger with resin and citrus on top of some apple and grain. Maybe some wheat and/or rye? Light-medium body is smoothly carbonated, but hop-tingly and plenty dry on the finish.

12oz bottle. Very drinkable but not much to it, kinda forgetable. So many better choices out there to be wasting your time with this one?

Not a bad beer....but wouldn’t be my first choice...But I tend to enjoy beers more full in flavor...it is perfect for someone who wants a quality but not overwhelming beer....

A clear copper beer with a modest white head. Aroma is vague hops, with a bit of biscuity, slightly caramel malt. Flavor is fairly bland,

Not great at all. The aroma was unpleasant, some pine and citrus malts, but an underlying aroma of sourdough, vomit, dirt. The flavor followed, but was not as bad. The appearance is one of the bright spots, an amber color, white head. the finish had an earthy hop residue. Medium mouthfeel. Not a drain pour, but not good.
