COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We’ve got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let’s do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I’ve got it" exclaimed Matt, "we’ll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU’s, 5.6% ABV

UPDATED: FEB 5, 2012 Pours a gold amber color. Aroma is spicy hops very faint citrus grapefruit and sweet malt. Just like the beer says, this beer in a glass looks extraordinary cant think of a beer withh a more perfect look in a glass with perfect lacing from the head. Flavor is mild fruit, mild raisin, and medium spicy hops...gotta figure centennial hops play a prominent role in this beer. Overall, this is a nice drinking beeer will get this again

Bottle. Pours hazy light orange with small creamy head. Fair Lacing. Aroma of herbs, perfume, resin, caramel, biscuit, toffee, butterscotch, cherry, pitted fruits, honey with a light vegetable and must. Light medium body, soft to average carbonation, a nice bitterness, fruity, sweet malt, creamy mouthfeel. Finishes light-moderate bitter and sweetness balanced. Easy drinking ale. Well... off an old ottle, and it saddens me to do so, even though ive enjoyed beers from their brewpub - but this beer will serve as a placeholder. A good deal of potential till the next time i get a fresh one.

Tap @ beer temple. Pour clear copper, with a large white head. Aroma of hay, a little grass, a little fresh fruit. Fresh hops. A little bit bitter in the taste. Watery body, with a fizzy carb.

This is one of my favorite everyday beers. Light, smooth, and easy to drink, but like most things from Southern Tier, it’s just better than you expect. Anyone who still thinks Corona or Bud Light is the thing to drink on a hot day should give a sixpack of these a try.

Keg at CBC. It pours golden yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is hay, straw, white sugar and grass. The taste is hay, grass, sweet malt, white sugar, touch of citrus and dough, with a dry finish. Thin-medium body and fine carbonation. Ok, but a bit boring.

Cloudy light amber/orange, dark yellow, with moderate white head. About half- a mini-inch/pinky thick/thin, adequate lacing. Fair nose of toasted malted barley. very faint, very light notes of grains, some citrus and piney hops. Very light on the nose. Aromas, while good, are very faint. Have to press your nose pretty hard to detect. Light fruity malt sweetness ride the mouth, very light and faint hops follow in the background. Light body, your standard pale ale(medium to high)carbonation. Very light, smooth and satisfying. Not bad. It’s no SN Pale Ale, but it’s satisfying and meets the standard.
