COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We’ve got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let’s do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I’ve got it" exclaimed Matt, "we’ll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU’s, 5.6% ABV

Feint aroma of wet grass, and ocean air. Tangerine clear color, feint white head. Refreshing light body and crisp mouthfeel. Good balance between maltiness and bitterness. Toasted english muffin, with citrus rind, and toasted grains. Easy drinker, refreshing, simple.

12oz bottle - pours deep gold with small offwhite head and spotty lacing. Nose is grassy and floral like a Spring drive. Flavor adds grapefruit and weak caramel backbone. faintly sweet with moderate bitterness. Light to medium body. Easy to drink with decent flavors, but thin body and a mild taste doesn’t hit home for me. I find it interesting that the ABV per RB is 5.4%, but the description, also on RB, states 5.6%.

Small off-white head, irregular, over clear-golden beer. Sweet-aromatic nose, rosewater & lytchee, amandine. Too sweet smelling for my liking, actually. Very faintly bitterish, but mainly watery flavour. Again rosewater, weak sweetened tea, watermelon, diluted caramel. Feels very spritzy, near fizzy. Weak, light body, watery. What’s so extraordinary about this bottle? The blurb, maybe?

Pale yellow colour with a bubbly white head. Aroma is hoppy with a hint of light, summery citrus. Little more than hops and a touch of apricot in the flavour. Seems like a poorly made generic summer ale. Not terribly impressed.

355ml bottle @Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo. Caramel and toffee aromas. Pours golden-amber, with fast vanishing white head, poor lacing. Ligh to medium body, some crispy texture. Taste is kind of sweet, as the aftertaste.

Keg at the euston tap. Light amber fleeting white head. Subtle floral hop nose some caramel. Sweet cara start spicy hop in the throat finish. Soft palete but quite lively. Good
