I starten underlig tynd mundfylde, men den bliver langsomt bedre. Ikke nogen stor øl, me drikbar. lassem (304), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 21, 2009 A little label-work would be nice ...luckly its the inside that counts. The pour is dark brown with a little head that holds on to the edga of the glass. The nose is metalwise coffee with burned malts. The taste is pale. there is some smokemalts I guess with some chocolate and coffee. The palate is not a porter worthy and its too waterish. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 20, 2009 Bottle. Dark with beige head. Roasted, dark malt in aroma with some raisin and cocoa. Flavour is more subtle; still dark, roasted malts and cocoa, but not a lot of dark fruit. It has a certain lightness/freshness, which makes it quite drinkable. Lacks a bit of body, but I guess that only adds to the drinkability. Ends in a nice mellow bitterness. joergen (8523), Frederiksberg, Denmark
