| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 20, 2007 Black color; huge head. A slightly coffeish Porter, midway between a Stout and a Porter, quite dry mouthfeel (also because of the evident overcarbonation), not bad mainly because of a good hopping. Aroma of bitter roasted malt is somewhat average. Taste is also dominated by medium bitter notes from roasted malt with some light sweetness and some notes of black chocolate. Body is about average with some medium carbonation. Easily drinkable porter with some limited complexity. LooseCannon (927), Norfolk, Virginia, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 20, 2007 This beer is kind of weak for a porter, and has kind of an musty flavor. There is absolutely no aroma, and not a lot of flavor. Suck on a gym sock.
