Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear dark amber, airy head. Fresh raspberry jam aroma. Roasty notes lies underneath fresh raspberries. Sweet with clean crystal malt character. Light bodied with a metallic edge. Sharp empty finish with notes of blood and iron. Pointless.

(12oz bottle) Small tan head atop clear dark brown body. Aroma is medium sweet, raspberry, light chocolate, caramel. Taste is medium sweet, raspberry, light raspberry astringency, chocolate. Light-medium body, light acidity. Definitely more a fruit beer than a porter.

Pours a transparent bright ruby with a thin, spotty-lacing off-white head. Nice aroma of fresh fruity raspberries with a touch of underlying doughy malts. Body has average thickness with a mild sweetness quickly drying out along with a some musty raspberry flavor. Needs more sweetness and body, but has a nice aroma.

Bottle... Lightly hazed, deep, dark amber ale with orange highlights and a large, fluffy, off-white head. Terrific retention. Tangy, fruity raspberry puree nose with a lesser note of milk chocolate. Light to medium-bodied with unassuming carbonation. Fruity, sweet, tangy flavor with very mild bitterness. Gently chocolaty and thin. Finishes minerally and lightly bitter. Thanks to scraff for the bottle!
