Commercial Description:
A golden wheat beer brewed with the finest North American malted barley and wheat. It’s then lightly hopped with the choicest European varieties. This smooth, crisp golden wheat beer is then finished with a hint of raspberry. Enjoy this beer any time of year.

Pours a yellowish color with no head. NOse is raspberry yogurt and soda water. extremely watery mouthfeel. with a short finish that tastes fizzy and weak with some corn and a bit of raspberries and wheat. weakest thing I have had in a while.

nose of artificial raspberries, far too strong to even seem organic in any way. flavor is of subdued fruit and a strong dose of metallic laced elements. unpleasant and moreso unsatisfying.

I didn’t like this at all. Poured from bottle into pint glass. Smelled of raspberry and malt. First taste was ok, but as it sat in my mouth for a second it tasted of cheap plastic. I would compare the taste to that of chewing on a raspberry candle. We poured the rest of this out, wasn’t worth drinking.

Poured from a 12oz bottle and served in a shaker. This beer poured a clear golden with a short-lived head of thin, off-white foam. No lace. The aroma consisted of a strong dose of surprisingly fresh raspberries with an underlying note of malted wheat. The flavor included a dull mix of unsweetened raspberry and metallic wheat notes. Not all that unpleasent, but not really enjoyable, either. The mouthfeel was light-bodied and had moderate carbonation. Another ho-hum fruity wheat beer. I would have skipped it entirely, but it came in a variety pack.

Bottle from dkachur. Thanks! Aroma has notes of raspberry puree, wheat, and a plasticy sweetness? Pours hazy golden yellow with a nice big head and large bubbles. Softer flavors of lightly sweet wheat malt, raspberry essence, and a light crisp finish. Light bodied beer with not much going on, but it is by no means unpleasant.

Strong raspberry smell. Tastes like mix of cheap lager and raspberry kool-aid. I like it well enough to finish this bottle, but give the rest to my dog, if he will drink it.

12 oz bottle. Aroma is normal raspberry / yeasty. Golden pour which was absurdly overcarbonated, like a mistake was made during brewing. It was like chugging a soda. Flavor is strangely malty and a bit sour. A really weird combination that doesn’t work at all.

12oz bottle poured into glass. Golden color with a white head that didn’t last too long. Very very strong raspberry aroma which covers up most of the other scents. Flavor is much more raspberry than wheat, I can certainly picture this being thirst quenching. Easy to drink as the beer is already half over and I started just a few minutes ago. Always been a very big berry fan for most everything but still not convinced how much I like it in my beer. I have always thought of this being in the Southern Tier variety pack as the beer for the girls to drink. When considering the other brews from Southern Tier this one definitely falls short.
