12 oz. Clear topaz with a medium-sized meringue head that lasts. Aroma is tart raspberry and sweetish cream. Flavor is the same, plus some grain, with some drying grassy hop on the middle that becomes bitter on the finish. Light body is slightly tingly and finishes dryish.

12oz from sampler pack - Really nice nose, just packed with raspberries, looked ok. First sip was good, lots o’ fruit, but then there was a hole. The next flavor was missing, just nothing there, and then came some hops at the end. The hole was really disappointing, some chocolate or roasted amlt would ahve went perfect with the raspberry but there was nothing at all. Lame.

Consumed on a hot 4th of July at the Peculiar Pub. Pours a straw colored wheaty color and a thick white head. Raspberry, wheat aroma. Taste is fruity light with hints of wheat. Pretty much a warm weather beer and exactly what I expected.

reddish brown, no haze for a wheat. flavor is too influenced by the raspberry with no other maltiness and only a little hop bitterness. not enjoyable to drink

12oz bottle. In short - I’m a big Southern Tier fan but this is considerable below par for them. Still, its not bad. The details - Pour is light amber with attractive with head, and decent lace work. Taste is raspberry, hops, and bread dough. Thin bodied. Would of liked to see them do a Ephemere-type fruit beer.

This bottled brew from JSquire at a rating party poured a small sized head of foamy quickly diminishing fine to medium sized bubbles that left behind a transparent light yellow colored softly carbonated body and a poor lacing. The aroma was very nice and appropriately raspberry. The mouth feel was softly tingly and slightly acidic. The flavor contained notes of mild raspberry and bread doughs.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12oz bottle into a pint glass. It has a light yellow straw color with a white fluffy head. Its head fades out quickly and leaves little to no lace on the glass. The aroma has a raspberry syrup scent with light wheat notes. The flavor has a thin grainy malt taste with a heavy raspberry flavor that tastes like it was sweetened with artificial sweetener. The body is light with a fuzzy mouth feel and fizzy carbonation. This was just a little off balance for me. The body didn’t support the sweetness very well. However it is light and effervescent making it good for hot summer days.

Bottle from the mixpack. I am surprised by how low this ranks. I thought it was excellent. Great raspberry taste, a very refreshing wheat beer. Would buy again
