Commercial Description:
A golden wheat beer brewed with the finest North American malted barley and wheat. It’s then lightly hopped with the choicest European varieties. This smooth, crisp golden wheat beer is then finished with a hint of raspberry. Enjoy this beer any time of year.

355ml bottle, 4.5% a/v Pours a very light and very translucent golden colour with a mild white head. The aroma is almost solely raspberry, with a bit of hop herbs as well. The taste is quite weak and almost solely raspberry, not much balance here. The palate is both watery and weak with next to no aftertaste. Not a bad alcopop, hard to consider it a beer though.

Bottle. Light yellow color. Aroma only of raspberry, slightly fake. Weak, unpleasant flavor of berries and cardboard. This was a bad idea.

From a bottle poured yellow with lots of bubbly head. Mild flavor of raspberry with a lingering wheat beer flavor.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold with small white head. Strong raspberry nose with slight wheat undertone. Flavour is fairly raspberry prominent, although more tart than the nose. Wheat notes present too. Lightish body. Easy drinker - pleasant but not too complex.

Appearance is a hazy, flat light yellow. Nice bubbly dishsoap head; it shrinks quickly. Cloudy as heck. The smell is sweet raspberries (of course) walking above a bready wheat base. The sweetness has a tart sourness that saves it from being too cloying. Okay, but not balanced. The taste is a combination of sweet berry with a tart finish. The wheaty base is necessary, and adds a grounded base to the proceedings. The sweetness has no bitter balance, which hinders it for my taste buds. The smooth and buttery feel has no fizz. It’s on the milky side; not bad. It’s a girl-drink to be sure. Not offensive, but more a malt beverage (like the label says) than a beer.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of raspberry and artificial raspberry. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small, white head that disappeared except for around the edges. Clear. Very sparkling. Flavor is heavily, and artificially sweet. Tastes of raspberry, artificial sweetener, Jell-O, and and hint of wheat. Light body. Thin, dry texture. Average carbonation. Artificially sweet, raspberry finish. Drain pour.

very fruity scent. Actually sickingly fruity. Nice head with some cling. Taste is very un-beer like. Tastes like something Willy Wonka made. Very sweet. Too sweet. No beer taste left. I’m sure some out there love that, but I much prefer my beer tasting like beer. On a positive note very easy to drink, goes down remarkably smooth and I could see drinking this alot during the summer, but I wouldn’t satisfy a good beer urge.

Bottle at the LCBO - Pours typical golden with a white, fast-fall head. The aroma is just straight up raspberry, which I actually like quite a bit. The taste tastes more along the lines of beer, but there’s still a hint of raspberry. Slight wheat notes with good amount of sweet malts. Ends off with a clean and smooth motuhfeel. I like it!
