Cletus (5001), Connecticut, USA Mar 14, 2009 Pours gold with a white head. Smells and tastes of raspberry syrup with some caramel hints on the finish. coyotehunter (542), , Michigan, USA Feb 25, 2009 Man......thats not very good. Nose of raspberries and perfume. Taste is an ultra flat not so fizzy raspberry with some tartness. finishes dry. Not the best beer Ive had....It should tell me something if my wife says its good. Unimpressed from this brewer. decaturstevo (1971), decatur, Tennessee, USA Feb 20, 2009 Light golden pour with a white bubbly head. Aroma of strong raspberry and not much more but it is pretty nice. Flavor has hints of raspberry but also has a flavor that is a tad metallic but not to the point of making it bad. Carbonation was really aggressive. Another raspberry beer that smells better than it tastes KornDogg (168), Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA Feb 16, 2009 Updated: Apr 12, 2009nice foamy head, light copper body with a distinct raspberry aroma... very smooth flavor, less barley more wheat... crisp and refreshing SpringsLicker (2041), Tennessee, USA Feb 9, 2009 Pours a clear medium yellow with a large, long lasting, loose white head.
Fresh red raspberries constitute the entire aroma.
Crisp, light, slightly acidic and effervescent.
The raspberries come in at the finish. Lumpy (1802), Carrollton, Texas, USA Feb 1, 2009 Bottle. Nose-fake raspberry syrup, cereal, smells just like Smurf’s cereal and sour milk. Taste-fake, thin, berry, artificial sweetener. To nut shell it, this tastes like every single other raspberry wheat beer that I have had. jredmond (1015), New Jersey, USA Jan 30, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear yellow body. Great raspberry aroma. Taste is flavorless, with a small hint of raspberry. Surprisingly disappointing beer coming from Southern Tier. mwelsh13 (483), Maryland, USA Jan 13, 2009 12oz bottle pours extremely clear yellow with a bit of head.
