very fruity scent. Actually sickingly fruity. Nice head with some cling. Taste is very un-beer like. Tastes like something Willy Wonka made. Very sweet. Too sweet. No beer taste left. I’m sure some out there love that, but I much prefer my beer tasting like beer. On a positive note very easy to drink, goes down remarkably smooth and I could see drinking this alot during the summer, but I wouldn’t satisfy a good beer urge.

(bottle) raspberry aroma, clear light yellow colour; small off-white head; clean and balanced flavour; no finish; the good part is that it is not cloyingly sweet like many fruit beers, the bad part is ifhgft is quite low on flavour

Clear golden, thin white head, very light lacing. Aroma is very sweet, lots of raspberries, syrupy, some grains and wheat. Flavour is cloyingly sweet, lots of raspberry syrup, wheat, very grainy, cereal. Sweet mouthfeel, light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes sweet, lingering.

This is your basic raspberry wheat beer, syrupy and cloying. Not very refreshing.

355ml bottle purchased at the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario.

Opened on October 4, 2009.

No date.

On tap at Beer Temple. Yellow color, big head. Nose of fruits. Taste also of raspberry, strawberry. Some honey and malts. More wheatish in the finish with fruits still evident. Pretty good.

Pours a clear straw yellow, with white head and minimal lacing. Aroma is light raspberry and wheat. Taste is rather thin with a zest of raspberry and wheat. I would recommend this beer during the summer on a patio. Much like most wheat or fruit beers.

Bottle. Pours a very clear, light yellow with hardly any head, although what little was there was white and frothy. Heavy aroma of raspberry as you would expect, with hints of wheat and banana. Crisp palate and mouthfeel, very clean finish. Flavor of raspberry and then some wheat. Very light drinking summer beer but light on flavor, particularly with the aromas.

12oz bottle, clean yellow color, with an off-white head, nice raspberry jam, light strawberry fruity nose, with a mild vanilla, wheaty, pale malt note with a hint of floral hop aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a sweet kind of artificial raspberry fruity, light honeyed pale, wheaty malt character, with a candyish fieldberry flavour, and a hint of tartness, leading towards a wheaty, candyish, fruity, raspberry, vanilla, honey finish.

Great raspberry aroma from the pour. Very pale clear yellow with a big head. Flavor is malty sweet with a touch of sour fruit. Finish is thin but very refreshing.
