A new fruity favorite. Aroma & taste just smack of raspberries! Of course this 75 character minimum and the fact that I have to actually write anything at all is perplexing to a mother of four kids who just wants to make a small contribution without having to put a whole lot of thought into it. There. Maybe now I can post.

Wow....raspberries! Thatís what hit me as I poured the beer. Lots of foamy head in the pint class. Crisp flavor, not much fruit in the mouth. Good summer beer for something different. A bit too sweet to drink a bunch of for me.

I tried this beer on October 17, 2007 at "Smokeless Joeís" in Toronto. The beer poured a translucent golden-brown into the glass with a thin white head that quickly disappeared. The aroma was very hoppy with a hint of raspberries. The mouthfeel was crisp, medium-bodied with champagne like carbonation. The flavour was similar to the aroma, hoppy with a hint of raspberries.

Pours light gold/straw, medium-to-thin white head. Lots of raspberry and wheat on the nose. Medium-thin mouthfeel, some sweet raspberry at the tip of the tongue and then earthy wheat on the finish. Reminds me a lot of Dark Horse Raspberry or Celis Raspberry; itís not complex but itís enjoyable enough. Itís not distinct though, I know Iíd fail to pick this one out in a blind tasting between the three.

Pours a clear golden yellow with active carbonation. This beer is crisp clean and refreshing. Little sweetness and a bit of bitterness accented with a touch of raspberry. Very subtle. Nicely done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tao at the brewery. Pours a transparent amber with creamy head. Aroma of raspberry, wheat, and grass. Taste has more of the raspberries showing through. Pleasant

Clear light yellow with a rasperry aroma. The flavor is outstanding in regard to the ratio between/malt/fruit. Dry and lightly sweet.

i didnt think it was a bad fruited wheat. it had a nice flavor of berry. it does what it says, and thats what matters. Its flavor was nice, its aroma we berryish, just a good fruit wheat.

A- nearly crystal clear pale yellow body that pours with a 1 finger white head. Head fades to 1/2 finger and has great retention from there. Traces of lacing are left all the way down the glass. S- Raspberry is the dominant scent and comes through as both sweet and tart. Sweet bready yeast can be smelled underneath. T-Somewhat bland upfront. Mostly pale malt is detectable. A lot of raspberry comes through for the finish. Flavor is a balance between sweet and tart. Not much yeast presence noticeable in the flavor. A hint of bitterness is also added. Nothing lingers but a faint essence of raspberry. P-High, tingly carbonation and a light body. Not watery. Yeast is detectable but minimal. O-Decent, above average beer overall but another fruit beer that doesnít live up to its potential. I would expect ST to but out the best fruit beer ever and though this one is decent, drinkable, and certainly above average...its not what it could be.
