Poured from 750ml bottle. Hazy golden color with a 4-finger, pastel yellow head and very good lacing. Aroma of lemongrass, caramel and yeast. Taste of lemongrass, caramel, banana, mild cloves and light fruit. Light/medium body and medium/high carbonization. Sweet malt with lots of lemongrass, plus a gentle spiciness and some mild light fruit. A nice saison. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled in late March I think? Pours a hazy pale gold with a tall, foamy eggshell head that settles to a thickness and leaves some rings of impressive foamy lace. Nose involves sharp zesty lemongrass, borderline into cleaning products strength, some spicy Belgian yeast, some sourdough, perhaps some herbal leafy hops. Pretty sweet, fairly bitter, somewhat tart. Medium-light body, mostly due to the incredibly active carbonation, some oiliness, some light grainy texture, finishing sharp, peppery, and lemony. Some good and some not so good here. The lemongrass seems overdone, and the spritzy carb becomes overbearing. Do we have a tag for #lemonpinesolsaison yet?

750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a large rocky white head. Fragrant yeasty bready malt nose. Hints of honey and lemon prevail. Upfront, flavor is citrusy with yeasty notes. Some banana and clove reminiscent of a Bavarian wheat ale. The sweet maltiness gets a bit of spicy hop balance in the finish, though their is some doughy farmhouse funk as well. Well done.

Get lots of peppery spice and lemongrass with some citrus thrown in. Mouthful is thicker then a tipical saison.

Bottle thanks to stephrocks: Poured hazy yellow orange with white head. Funky barn yard esters. Taste is lemon grass, funky.

Draught @ Albion. Slightly cloudy bright yellow with very small frothy white head, doughy aroma with citrus at the background, low carbonation, sweet starting citrusy taste with little hops influence, medium tart finish. More tart than hoppy.

Bottle purchased at Surdyk’s and consumed in a Belgian snifter glass with commonshawn. Effervescence abounds. Aroma is aligned with a standard saison. Spices and citrus with floral qualities. Light straw golden with a decent froth. Taste is much more full bodied than a normal saison. A nice Belgian yeast funk with a healthy alcohol bite at the finish. Citrus and spices (lemongrass as the label suggests) reign supreme. Pleasantly impressed by this beer. Much like Shakespeare I feel compelled to wax poetic.
