22 oz. bomber from Jungle Jim’s. Tried side-by-side with Oak Aged Un*Earthly. Pours a mostly clear red-amber color with a one finger-thick, creamy, beige head. More initial cloudiness than the Oak Aged, and more head, though not a whole lot of either. Some visible carbonation in both. Aroma of wet hops, grapefruit citrus, tropical fruits, caramel malts, and some pine resin and earthy notes. Flavor leans more toward the sweet than the bitter, with caramel malts, tropical fruits, pineapple, citrus, honey, pine resin, and floral notes. Still has some nice balancing bitterness, mostly in the second half and on the finish. Medium-bodied, with good carbonation and a sticky mouthfeel. Good DIPA.

Pours a cloudy copper color. Nice strong roasted hop taste with a bitter smoky aftertaste.

Didn’t pick this as 11%, it went down a treat. The appearance wasn’t that flash as the head didn’t want to hang around at all, the colour was hazy orangey amber. Pine, citrus, fig and menthol notes in the aroma. Good bitterness throughout in the taste, plenty of malt support , fig notes again, some grapefruit and not a lot of carbonation.

Wow! Big hop driven aroma that just jumps out of the glass. Has some definate sweetness on the palate but is very well balanced by the hops. This beer just drinks so well, very easy to drink and the alcohol level doesn’t dominate at all. Pretty awesome beer that brought a lot of smiles to faces of those sharing this bottle.

Slightly hazy pour with a small head. Strong piney hop nose and bite. Semismooth mouthfeel with a hop bite. Very good IPA.

Absolutely beautiful pour - hazy orange in the middle section of the beer with a bit more clarity around the edges with a really great airy and sticky tan head. Succulent hops with good bite and dry finish with a bit of sweetness too. This is another awesome offering from ST, one of my favorites.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is american hops with citrus. The flavor is likewise american hops with some caramel. The palate is bitter. Overall a really good beer with good balance.

Bottle. Pours golden with a small white head that disappeared. A hop bomb for sure, heaps of grapefruit, apricot, flowers and pine on the nose. The flavour is caramel malt, grapefruit and pine. Solid bitterness. The finish is dry and more bitterness that lingers. Nicely balanced overall and absolutely no sign of the stronger abv. Delicious.
