Very bad aroma. Almost like a really bad hazelnut. If you can get past the smell the initial taste isn’t too bad. But then an aftertaste comes out of nowhere with horrible flavors. I had higher hopes.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap. Pours black with tan head. Aroma is pumpkin spice, bready, roasty. Taste is heavy on the pumpkin pie and graham cracker flavors like Pumpking, with just enough stout in there to throw off the taste. Very hard to finish.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bomber. Pitch black pour, little tan head. Drank at room temp, so this was definitely an interesting experience. Lots of wet squashy hints on the nose, touches of spice, roast, and possibly a little vanilla. Flavors up front are fairly wet in the malt dept...this moves into a nice roast, little toasty on the cocoa side. Big burnt pumpkin flavors are mixed with squashyness. Nice and bitter coffee on the end, but sweet overall. Good stuff.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Poured ruby brown with a tan head that settled to a ring and left light lace. Aroma of pumpkin pie and gram cracker crust. The flavor found pumpkin with light spice and roasted malt. Medium to full body, smooth, and a roasted pumpkin aftertaste.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
22 ounce bottle from Total Wine & More in Boynton Beach, Florida.
Clear (almoust see-through), dark brown beer with a a beige, foamy, three finger head that leaves lacing on the glass.
Nose: Nutmeg, cinnamon, whipped cream, vanilla, chocolate- and caramel malt, roasted notes and spices.
Taste: Sweet tast of chocolate, pumpkin, nutmeg and licorice.
Light body to be an Imperial Stout but still very pleasant. Small amount of carbonation and a little bitterness at the end. Feels almoust like a black IPA.
Great taste an I would love to store this in my "beercellar" but I can’t take it home to Sweden... :(

2.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Slight pumpkin and brown sugar aroma. Black in color. Somewhat thin mouthfeel. Taste of pumpkin, clove, nutmeg. I don’t get any chocolate or roast flavors. What I do get is a predominant soapy aftertaste. Meh.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber from ck1, thanks bro! Pours a very, very dark brown with a brown, lightly bubbly head. Almost no lacing. Aroma has nutmeg and cloves and allspice and cardamon. Quite pumpkin-spicy, and no real trace of anything else with those strong smells. Taste has nutmeg and allspice and bakers chocolate, with some caramel back. A muddle of flavors which do not blend well. Medium bodied and tangy pumpkin spicy. Finishes tangily spicy and slightly bittersweet, and fairly short and dry. Shrug? Pieces to be interesting, and STier certainly has some nice stouts, but this one did not work for me.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
22 oz. bottle purchased at Bellport Cold Beer & Soda. Pours black with a moderate-large tan head that lasted through the first third of the glass and left partial lace. Pleasant aroma that is dominated by pumpkin and spices with some roasted malt lurking in the background. The flavor is initially dominated by the pumpkin and the spices. Not much cinnamon. I get mostly nutmeg and cloves. Sweet initially and then dries out at the finish. After the initial pumpkin burst, there is some roasted malt and a bit of chocolate. Mild-moderate roast bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied. Enjoyable.
