Imperial stout brewed with pumpkins Warlock is brewed to enchant your palate on its own and also to counterpoint our Imperial Ale, Pumking. Make your own black magic by carefully pouring this Imperial Stout into a goblet.

Dark and mysterious, the Blackwater Series is serious about high gravity. Reanimate your senses with Warlockís huge roasted malt character, moderate carbonation and spicy pumpkin pie aroma.

Perfect pairing of imperial stout and pumpkin. The stout flattens or the spicy pumpkin flavor to make a great drinking beer for any harvest moon.

Canít believe I havenít rated this yet. 22oz bomber (x2). Pours black, red tinge. Off white head, thin ring of retention. Minimal lacing. Aroma is spice, overwhelmingly autumnal. Sweet, warm. Flavor is much the same. Basically Pumpking with more roasted malt, and a dark attitude. Would pair well with vanilla bean ice-cream. A classic.

I absolutely loved this beer. As soon as I opened the bottle the fragrant spices and pumpkin hit me. Also has some hints of cocoa and caramel in the aroma. Pours a dark brown color with a relatively small khaki head. Excellent flavors of pumpkin and spices up front, finishing with chocolate and molasses. Just the slightest touch of alcohol is present. Very light bodied for an Imperial Stout but it suits this beer well. Iím not really sure Iíd classify this as an Imperial Stout, itís kind of like a cross between an Imperial Pumpkin Ale and a stout (not of the imperial order).

Bottle to tulip glass for this one. Deep dark color, little head. Interesting stout with pumpkin flavor. Not too sweet. Not to much spice. An interesting beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a deep dark brown from a bottle, slightly rummy, cola and pumpkin smell. Dry pumpkin flavor, deep roastiness but not smoked, bitter without being offputting. Very good beer.

on tap @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear very dark mahogany brown color, bubbly tan 1" head, streamers of lace. Aroma of spices and pumpkin mixed with a little pumpkin. Taste opens with overbearing spicy malt and pumpkin. On the swallow, the spice ebbs away, leaving light cocoa and somewhat bitter pumpkin, alleviating the need for much hop bittering. At the opening, it leaves me unimpressed. By the finish, it has redeemed itself nicely.

Bottle to snifter. Pours a very deep brown with about half a finger of tan head.Gone quickly, very little lacing. Aroma is cinnamon, canned pumpkin pie filling, some cocoa. Baking spices dominate the flavor initially, then some vanilla and pumpkin. Sweet, slightly dry finish. Nicely done.

Bottle. Love pumpkin beers and this ones pretty good. Very dark brown-amber in color. Aroma is burnt toast and pumpkin spice. Taste is a creamy pumpkin spice up front with a bitter finish.

Aroma of pumpkin spices, flavor is really rough and smoky. Not an easy drinking beer, too many spices and not enough body to back it up.
