COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Imperial stout brewed with pumpkins Warlock is brewed to enchant your palate on its own and also to counterpoint our Imperial Ale, Pumking. Make your own black magic by carefully pouring this Imperial Stout into a goblet.

Dark and mysterious, the Blackwater Series is serious about high gravity. Reanimate your senses with Warlock’s huge roasted malt character, moderate carbonation and spicy pumpkin pie aroma.

Has that buttery quality of other ST Stouts and Pumking. Spice notes. Cocoa. Pretty solid tasting but doesn’t hold up past a few sips.

Deep black pour with zero head. Lovely nose of pie crust and deep sweet earthy roast malt with a little nutmeg and pumpkin goo. Nice bold and rich flavor of dry earthy bitterness with some semisweet black roast, sweet pumpkin, pie crust, and allspice. Rich and warming but not sticky or too Volumous

Hazelnut, nutmeg, cocoa and chocolate in the aroma. Ebony coloured with virtually no head. Amazing taste of hazelnut, nutmeg and chocolate. A creamy feel with a pleasant hazelnut finish.

Poured from a bottle. Dark brown color, medium off white head. Medium nutmeg aroma. Full body with a hazel but flavor and a nice full chocolate finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smells great, a lot like Pumpking, warm apple pie, but with a hint of licorice. Completely black, a bit ruby when shining light through it, long lasting but thin white head. Tastes great, again a lot like Pumpking upfront, but with a cocoa/milk chocolate backend, followed by a powerful leafy hop bitterness. Complex and delicious. Could be a bit thicker, average body and carbonation. Hides alcohol very well.

This is the best pumpkin beer I have had, hands down, without a doubt. I am impressed.

Bottle, pours a nearly opaque dark brown body with a thin team head. Aroma of pumpkin and pumpkin spices with some cocoa and roasted malts. Taste is similar. Nice pumpkin and roasted malt finish.

Lots of spices, sweet pumpkin pie crust aromas, with some subtle roast. Good mouthfeel, soft carb. The finish is again basically just their pumking beer, with less sweetness and more roast. This doesnt seem to have the boldness and body of an impy stout.

22oz bomber: This one pours a clear, very dark brown color. There was a thin tan head that didn’t linger long or leave any lacing. Definitely pumpkin to the nose. Also a sweetness to the pumpkin. Perhaps some cinnamon. The taste is good, but there is a slick sweetness that isn’t necessarily appealing. Cinnamon, chocolate, pumpkin flavors are predominate. Like the Pumpking, the sweetness turns me off. I won’t be having another.

Very nice indeed. Has all the pumpkin spices in a creamy stout. Smooth and creamy mouth feel. The pumpkin pie spices are a little more subtle than other brewers. Warming on the throat. A nice Halloween treat.
