An old favorite. One of my favorite cheap beers...could almost taste hops. Still pretty much cardboard, cereal, corn.

12oz bottle (Old Notes)-Pours golden with a decent sized white head. Aroma of grains and slight hops. Taste of the same. This light bodied brew does not have that watery taste as most other light beers have. This is pretty decent.

Wet straw mixed with dog hair on the carpet, this brew is really good compared to dry heaves after a night of tomato sauce binges.

For shity cheap beer it is not bad. Haven’t had in years but holds its own against its cheap ass foes.

In Gainesville circa 2002-205 a keg of this cost about 35 bucks; I have not had it in years; it is what it is, a beer to tailgate, nothing more, nothing less. I funneled this beer like it was my job.

Aroma is standard macro cardboard. Pours standard. Taste standard. Nothing offensive, nothing noteworthy.

Yellow, musty and bland. Think dog’s paw, wet from walking on the grass after rain.

Straw color, lots of head. Tastes of nothing but metal and water, I think bottled water would have a better flavor.

Best Before date of May 24, 2010 marked on the side of the bottle neck. Appearance: Pours a clear, light yellow body with a fine, fizzy, white head that sputters out fairly quickly. Smell: Not particularly appealing aroma smelling of an assemblage of light notes: grainy pils malt, DMS, floral hops, and corn kernels. Taste: Mild taste of pilsner malts, including hints of grain and sulfur. Slight grassy, floral tones with a smidgen of hop bitterness. Finale of lightly sweet corn tossed with pepper on the finish. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation. Drinkability: A not-so-light light beer at 123 calories. Follow the lager drinking rules of "drink it cold, drink it fast", as it starts to become a bit grating as it warms.
