Commercial Description:
Unlike most German beers, Kolsch is fermented warm with top-fermenting ale yeast. Higher hopping rates give this beer a medium bitterness and a slightly hoppy aroma.

Gold-yellow. Small head but decently carbonated body. Sweet, melony aroma and flavor. Light and smooth palate. Holds some appeal.
