COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Moderately strong beer, amber, marked in the malt and assertive bitterness. Fruity aroma, smooth and full bodied in the race. This beer style is a recreation of the craft produced only in French cereal areas, near the Belgian border.

Ambar and haze color. Creamy head, medium carbonation and medium body. Taste is dry, herbal and seems like a mix of onion skin tea... too much bitter, citric. The after taste is malty and sweet.

Color is a beautiful amber-red. Very clear. Head was big and puffy and receded to a fine lacing. A malty sweetness covers the mouth and is beautifully balanced with a hop bitterness

330ml bottle, thanks andregoncalves!

Pours clear copper colored with a tiny white head. Aroma of bready malts, grassy hops, spices and yeast. Taste is malty, stingy and slightly bready with hints of grass, spices, pepper and yeast. Finish is sticky and malty with bready notes. A bit unbalanced.
