COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Appearance Yellow to medium gold. White foam, creamy and persistent. Unlike Pilsners (beer industry), the focus is on marlte this beer, but without excessive sweetness. The hop bitterness and aroma are present to "balance" the taste of malt, making it a very smooth beer.

Tasted 27/3/15 at Medrosa d’Alfama, Lisbon. Poured a pale amber/pale straw colour with a few white bubbles as a collar that produced no lacing. Carbonation moderate and fine. Aroma of slight malt sweetness; no obvious hops. Tastes slightly sweet with a trace of yeast, becoming more yeasty as it warms; no real bitterness. Light body. Smooth and crisp and better than other local beers but not as good a a typical helles.

0,3l on TAP at Catraio in Porto. Hellgelbes Bier mit kleiner Schaumkrone. Leicht malziges Aroma, schmeckt auch so, dazu kommt eine nicht harmonisierende Hopfenbittere.

Thanks to erzengel! Pours a hazy deep orange with an off-white head. The smell is fruity, grain. The taste is lemon, grass, grain ending dry. The body light with average somewhat coarse carbonation.

Smooth fresh nose. Fresh smooth body. Soft, easy to drink, not much deepness but soft and slightly smooth. Fresh, nice.

Pale gold. True to type. Malty sweet, discreet Cental European hops. Good with food.

Golden color, sparkling, no head... some malt tast, no bitterness, no hops... sweet after-taste but short.

Review notes according to BJCP 2008 guidelines. Aroma: DMS dominates the grain, malt and hop aroma. No spicy hop aromas present. Appearance: Pale orange with poor head and poor retention. Taste and palate: Very thin body, with a low malty palate. No hop flavour and no fruity esters present. Very low carbonation and no adstringency. Overall: a very poor example of a Helles.

[Thanks to andregoncalves]. Bottled. Golden colour with minimal and quickly diminishing white head. Aroma is light malty with some notes of raw cereal. Flavor is light malty with slightly citrus notes. Citrus and some yeasty final.

Bottled, thanks andregoncalves! Hazy golden, mid sized head. Gentle floral hop aromas. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Pleasant buttery malt flavours, combined with floral hops. Low-medium bitterness. Really well made, nicely drinkable helles - I only miss some malt depth/softness.

Appearance: Clear golden color with a small bubbly white head.
Aroma: Fruity, mild citric and malty.
Palate: Medium body. Moderate sweet and an ok bitterness. Average to soft carbonation.
Taste: Malty, mild citric, mild fruity and mild hoppy.
Overall impression: Lovely in the summer time.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with andregoncalves
