Nice coffee aroma, but in the taste i think that it is a lot of smoked wood flavour.

Review according to the BJCP 2008 guidelines. Aroma: very high leathery aroma with sulfury notes maybe due to oxidation or from problems in fermentation. no notes from the roasted malts are noticeable. Appearance: deep black with a nice creamy, persistent head with good lacing. Taste: roasted flavour with moderate-low bitterness with of-flavour. Palate: light body with medium-low carbonation. Overall: a problematic batch, mainly because of its pungent leatheary aroma.
