4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: FEB 18, 2016 Excellent beer in an excellent pub. A dark special beer with a creamy head. Nose with rich tones of ripe fruits, but also chocolate, hops, hay and coffee. Body is full, textute thick, carbon medium. Taste is sweet and bitter. Palate gives you feelings of dry plums, fresh summer day and a variety of ripe fruits from a region of Eastern Europe. Bitter aftertaste. D@CafeImperial, Prague

on tap at the 2013 festival minipivovaru at prague castle. light brown with a modest head; aroma of dried dogfood - salty and malty; chewy with hints of muesli bars, some grassy hop presence. perhaps doesn’t entirely succeed but a worthy experiment to use 7 different malts
