on tap at the brewery in vimperk for my birthday in 2011. faintly hazed golden with a lasting head; crisp aroma of stone fruit and grassy saaz; juicy texture; hints of vanilla oatmeal and plenty of bitterness; quality stuff

(100cl plastic bottle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Buttery and slightly biscuity and milky aroma with shy hints of hops in the background. Mildly bitter and sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Almost hearty buttery malt-character with with hints of biscuits and present herbal and slightly woody hops; almost dry and quite bitter hoppy finish with rounded and lasting malty notes. Very fresh and pleasant. 09.11.11

5l mini cask from the brewery. Clear golden yellow, large and creamy white head. Malty base with a grainy character, lots of hop everywhere, Saaz profile. Bitter-.sweet character, a true Bohemian Pilsener.
