COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fomerly known as Yellowstone Pale Ale. A traditional-style pale ale with a golden color and a full malt flavor that is surpassed only by the clean, crisp hop quality. The flowery, hop aroma is enhanced by a generous portion of dry hopping. Brewed from pale malted barley, crystal, Munich, carastan malts, Pacific Northwest hops, water and ale yeast. Note: last brewed by Mendocino Brewing.

Nice malty caramel nose, almost buttery. Very unusual, yet pleasant flavor. I think I taste some apricot in there, but it is hard to really tell what the flavor is. Not really something I would try again.

Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear dark yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (cookie), moderately hoppy (pine, resin). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. Decent, but not my kind of hops. Good mouthfeel.

Nice golden color, small head. Smells sweet, tastes sweet; like pear juice with just a bit of hops. Drinkable but not want I look for in an APA.

Nice, aromatic Pale Ale. It could be more distinctive, but a good American micro.

Very apple-full flavor; not very pale ale-like, though, because there aren't really any hops. Murky dark amber color. Barely any head at all. Dry, refreshing, citrus flavor. Not bad.

Citrusy, yeast aroma. Cloudy golden appearance. Mildy sweet with slight hops. Like grapefruit juice with some sugar and carbonation. Not a bad pale ale, but I probably shouldn't have tried it after spending the day sampling Southampton beers.

Medium orange color. Medium head. Aroma is malty, slightly sweet and grassy. Medium bodied pale ale. Malts are slightly nutty and touch too sweet. Hops are fairly mild and citrusy. Kind of sweet and not very hoppy for a pale ale. There is a touch of fruitiness. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is a touch dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

A nice looking pale, with light copper color and off white head. Aroma is mostly hops, and pretty nice. Flavor is somewhat hoppy as well, mostly in the finish, but also with a strong malt flavor. A pretty good APA!

Golden body, small white head, mild citrusy nose with a hint of sweetness. Surprisingly thick mouthfeel, nice balance of hops and malt; fruity with a snappy finish; mildly bitter.

Nice yellow color with a good head. Mildly tart smell with perhaps a bit of flowery aroma. Good clean taste nice crisp texture. Clean aftertaste.
