Light gold/yellow.White head.The aroma is of hay,straw, maybe a hint of citrus.Sweet flavor with some faint bitterness.Smooth texture.Lingering slightly bitter finish.Light body.Pleasant,very drinkable.It gets sweeter as you go.Good.

Oct 19, 2008 Mini-keg. Foamy head. Pale golden color. Not bad. Had a malty flavor, and a slight fruitiness to it. Thicker than I expected.

Oct 13, 2008 500ml bottle from the Supermarket. This is a very pale lager. Rather watery with cow dung and chemical flavours. Some butter. It’s drinkable, and there’s a bit of interest as it flows over the tongue, but the interest has nothing to do with experiencing aesthetically pleasing tastes.

Oct 11, 2008 12oz bottle. clear yellow pour with thin white head. aroma of honey and hay. clean crisp biscuity malt taste. bit of lemon to it. medium body. drinkable. feel like this would pair well with a brat. but could just be that I’m hungry right now.
