COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Amber in color. This medium bodied beer has achieved its impeccable taste by balancing the roasted malt flavor with the perfect amount of hops. Having a rich textured palate with an underlying sweetness true to tradition.

Great overall taste with a slight sour (the good kind) aftertaste. It has a medium strength alcohol taste that is actually quite smooth. It is a great Deutsch Oktoberfest!

Malty and not that bitter. Very refreshing.

Fairly OK stuff. Pretty good caramel malt flavor, pleasant hops. Drinkable, but, nothing to go out of your way for.

I wasn’t impressed with the bottle form, but very impressed when served from a tap. It’s a decent, no-nonsense yeasty oktoberfest brew. Try to avoid the bottle variety.

deep golden/light bronze color. head is white and frothy. aroma is decidedly malty! with bready and some yeasty notes as well. flavor is light and malty and not too extravigant....very disappointed in this one due to its relatively high rating

Strange aftertaste, but not a bad tasting beer. Aroma of Heineken (yes thats bad), or other skunky things. Otherwise not a bad beer. I have had it a few times, but it seems to get worse each time I try it.

not one of the best i’ve had. i agree that it has a strange aftertaste. on the plus side i did not find it a gassy as others which is a bonus in my opinion

UPDATED: FEB 10, 2007 Bottle: Clear orange with a medium white head, light grains and some flowery hops, light bodied with ample carbonation, starts and ends lightly sweet, crisp ending with some sweetness, a good beer for a hot day.
