Nose is slightly bready, sweet caramel. taste follows suit - a nice, light, sweet breadiness couples with a lightly sweet caramel note. Very drinkable. Flavor of lemon, butter, pie crust, honey, flowers, and pomegranate. Lingering sweetness. Light body. Creamy in the palate and reasonably lively. Nose of malts and german yeasts. Taste is malty, a bit spicy, and a bit alcoholic for a 6 percent beer. Very thin. Aroma of hops, malt, caramel, and bread. Flavor is malt, bread, yeast, caramel, spices. Decent octoberfest.
