A very decent Oktoberfest, but I like Marzen’s with a bit more interst, and this one seemed a bit boring. kerplun1 (11), New York, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 5, 2007 Bottle. Small off white head that quickly dissipates. Not very leggy on the glass, and aroma isn’t anything mentionable. Mouthfeel is a bit light, somewhat watery, but smooth. I think it is an enjoyable oktoberfest, it is what it is... I get what I expect of the genre. Enjoyable with some sausage. :) A good "drinkin beer." docsteigs (139), USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 3, 2007 Not too impressed with this Octoberfest, heavy roasted malt made it somewhat distasteful. Not one I’d choose again. nearbeer (1834), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
