Aroma of sweet caramel and hops. Amber pour with a white head. Nice refreshing flavor of sweet malt, caramel, roasted grain, and hops. Quite nice.

Appearance: Copper gold good head retention tight bead.Aroma: Lots of toasted malt. Low sulphur rich biscuity aroma Flavour: Soft pilsner and munich malt flavour. Strong toasted not roasty character.Big dry malt flavour balanced with a fairly agressive but not dominating bitterness. Very clean, no sulphur in the flavour. Mouthfeel: Medium light bodied and fluffy carbonation Overall: Very toasty and clean except for some yeast sulphuriness in the nose. Good bitterness with little hop flavour or aroma. Dry toasted malt flavour dominates

Not a bad brew, but also not the best Spaten. Pours a clear amber with a good scent of hops, i would buy again in the late weeks of September to feel as if I was in Germany

Purchased a 24 pack at Costco over the weekend to celebrate Oktoberfest. A great beer. Pours smooth with a nice head if you want it. Mouthfeel is great as the beer is very pure and the flavor is accented by mild hops and spices

On Tap at Brau Haus a local German bar in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Amber in color, a great tasting beer, one of my favorites!
