surf1284 (91), USA Nov 28, 2006 Only had a few Oktoberfest beers, but this one had a nice crisp taste. Not too malty but just right. biznizness (930), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA Nov 26, 2006 Last Wednesday at Trooper Thorn’s. This just goes to show I still don’t get the Oktoberfest style, because I really didn’t enjoy this when apparently it is pretty good. moejuck (1165), Ohio, USA Nov 24, 2006 On tap. Golden brown appearance with a nice white head. Aroma was mostly caramel malt. Bitter taste that reminded me of rye malt. Not bad. kevd193213 (477), Hope Valley, Rhode Island, USA Nov 23, 2006 Updated: Aug 29, 2008Amber color, nice medium white head. Solid Okterberfest for a seasonal treat. Really strong aftertaste. iamsancho16 (99), USA Nov 17, 2006 This beer resembles the color of an amber beer, has a slightly sweet aroma to it and is very tasty. Definately a good drink. DJC (238), USA Nov 12, 2006 Updated: Nov 15, 2006Amber color, with a fluffy, off-white head. Nice lacing, too. Sweet, toffee aroma, and a really good, malty taste which is characteristic of this style. Slight hop flavor in the finish. Very satisfying! Harsebrau (164), Kansas City, Missouri, USA Nov 11, 2006 Reddish Amber color with tight white head. Tasty...thickish malt with a sweetness of pure Munchen. Sehr Gut! I do love Spaten. A top choice when I’m looking for German Marzens. joeyp (30), Alabama, USA Nov 10, 2006 Out of the bottle into a pint glass amber color. tastey oktoberfest! very well balanced bee. I would defenetly love another one of these.
