Nov 26, 2006 Last Wednesday at Trooper Thorn’s. This just goes to show I still don’t get the Oktoberfest style, because I really didn’t enjoy this when apparently it is pretty good.

Nov 24, 2006 On tap. Golden brown appearance with a nice white head. Aroma was mostly caramel malt. Bitter taste that reminded me of rye malt. Not bad.

Nov 17, 2006 This beer resembles the color of an amber beer, has a slightly sweet aroma to it and is very tasty. Definately a good drink.

Nov 12, 2006 Updated: Nov 15, 2006Amber color, with a fluffy, off-white head. Nice lacing, too. Sweet, toffee aroma, and a really good, malty taste which is characteristic of this style. Slight hop flavor in the finish. Very satisfying!

Nov 11, 2006 Reddish Amber color with tight white head. Tasty...thickish malt with a sweetness of pure Munchen. Sehr Gut! I do love Spaten. A top choice when I’m looking for German Marzens.

Nov 10, 2006 Out of the bottle into a pint glass amber color. tastey oktoberfest! very well balanced bee. I would defenetly love another one of these.
