Aug 31, 2009 Pours rust colored amber, light head, sweet malty with good carbonation. I had no skunk or aftertaste. Finished well. Just a super fall beer with a brat and mashed potatoes, ummmmmmmm

Aug 31, 2009 Nice dark copper color with a light tan head. Nice malty aroma, sweet and rich. Sweet toffee malt base with a light earthy, grassy hop finish. Medium body, crisp and refreshing a tasty beer for the fall months.

Aug 17, 2009 Pours to an amber color with aroma of barley and hops. Tastes slight sweetness with a bitter aftertaste. The beer got better as I drank it, overall a decent beer.

Aug 16, 2009 Pours to a small, golden head with an amber body. Has slight hint of barley perhaps. Goes down smooth and doesn’t leave any unpleasant aftertaste. Another good German brew.

Aug 16, 2009 Pours a nice golden amber with a white, quickly fading head. The aroma is truly intriguing, grass, hops, a little toffee, and some light fruits. The flavor is rather similar, if perhaps a little earthy. Mostly, this beer surprised me, especially in the nose, and as I’m not often surprised, that won this beer some points.
