bottle - yellow body with a white head - medium malty nose - classic pilsner flavor, crisp and clean hops and malts

Draft at Laschet’s. Pours a pale gold with a fluffy white head. Remarkably clear. Nose is full of pils malt, distinct herbal noble hopping. Really clean and crisp nose. On tasting, sharp bitterness that is well balanced by bread pils malt. Quite clean and refreshing, though not a ton going on in there. Still, good beer.

33cl bottle. Golden colour with white head, persistent and frothy. Aroma is fresh malty with sweet notes. The flavour has notes of hops and malts, with a final moderate bittery, resultanting a good balanced beer. Carbonation is medium, body is medium-high and texture is oily.

re8 I like this and must give props with a point more for its easy to sink effervescence ...its refreshing reminder as to why I like Pilseners.

Tap with lunch today at the Dutch. Grassy nose. Heavier on sweet malt. Moderat body. More German than Bohemian as to the lesser hop ratio. Great with the crab cake salad special. Decent.

500ml bottle. Mindestens haltbar bis Ende: 02/2012. It pours an extremely light pale gold with a foamy bright white head. It leaves some very nice lacing behind as it recedes. The smell has thick noble hop scents. Grass, orange peel, and herbs. There is a slight fruity/grainy sweetness as well. The flavor follows. It has a thick wall of noble hops, very orangey, then a surprising bit of sweet malt. It isn’t as dry and zippy as I was expecting, but it is alright. There is a faint bitterness in the finish. This one falls a bit short, great smell, mediocre in other departments.

On tap. Pale golden pour with some white head. Aromas of grains and fresh cut grass - flavors of bread/cracker with a decent hop bite. Quite smooth and easy to drink.
