Golden color with a white head. Fresh, grassy and hoppy aroma. Nice round and light malty flavor. Perfectly balanced bitterness finishes off this classic pils from the great Spaten brewery.

light yellow with a frothy white head. Continued carbonation throughout.
smell is mostly of hops with a light citrus overtone.
Good balance of malt and hops with a nice bitter tone throughout that doesn’t overpower the beer as a whole.
The mouthfeel is a little heavy because of the carbonation, but it matches the overall effect of the beer pretty nicely.

Green bottle - preimium pilsener on the label. Pours a clear light gold with a 3 finger dense white head that leaves splotchy lacing. The nose is mildly sweet grains and pilz hops. Taste grass, sweet malt and light hops with a nice dry finish. Medium mouth feel. Good pilsener.

Bottle from Whole Foods. Pours gold with a healthy white head. Aroma of soft herbs, sugar, and grass. Palate is unexpectedly subdued, crisp but only moderately carbonated. Flavor is well-balanced and bright, with accents on esters, grain and fruit. Nice tasting pilsener.

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Smells malty and a small hint of hops. Tastes like corn malts, some grains, but a little hoppy. Pretty good.
